Shipping & Returns
All sales are final sales.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Merchandise received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be shipped the following week.
Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Customer service is available at firstname.lastname@example.org to answer any and all of your shipping questions.
Quoted delivery time frames are based on the shipping providers processing time. Shop-Coast is not responsible for any delays once the shipment has left our warehouse. Please reach out to email@example.com and we will do our best to assist.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you should receive it in about seven days. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped. All shipments returned back to us due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Shop-Coast is not liable for return to sender fees. As a precaution, please be sure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.
