Free Exchanges + Easy Returns

Contact us with your return inquiry ( hello@shop-coast.com ) within 14 days of receiving your order, and customer service will contact you back with a return authorization form. You must use our return form to properly process your return/exchange. Once the return parcel has been processed,  you will receive a notification email.

Free Exchanges: Contact us here ( hello@shop-coast.com ) for an exchange authorization form. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be granted free return shipping on your order.

All items must be returned within 14 days. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached.

Returns:  Contact us here ( hello@shop-coast.com ) for a return authorization form. You are responsible for return shipping on your return.  Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. We recommend obtaining a tracking number with your return parcel shipment.

Upon receipt of the return, Shop-Coast will process a refund within 5 days to the form of original payment. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. We cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.  

The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Merchandise received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

Shipping 

Orders are shipped 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Customer service is available at hello@shop-coast.com to answer any and all of your shipping questions.

Quoted delivery time frames are based on the shipping providers processing time. Shop-Coast is not responsible for any delays once the shipment has left our warehouse. Please reach out to hello@shop-coast.com and we will do our best to assist.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you should receive it in about seven days. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped. All shipments returned back to us due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Shop-Coast is not liable for return to sender fees. As a precaution, please be sure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.
