Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Quoted delivery time frames are based on the shipping providers processing time. Shop-Coast is not responsible for any delays once the shipment has left our warehouse. Please reach out to hello@shop-coast.com and we will do our best to assist.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you should receive it in about seven days. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped. All shipments returned back to us due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Shop-Coast is not liable for return to sender fees. As a precaution, please be sure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.

 

Returns:

Contact us with your return inquiry ( hello@shop-coast.com ), and customer service will contact you back with a return request form. You must use our return form to properly process your return/exchange. Please fill out the form and include it in your return box.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Shop-Coast will issue a refund within 14 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.

All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

Merchandise received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.
